Cross-border road infrastructure programme
In a previous executive capacity, the founder led procurement strategy and supplier alignment supporting more than US$300 million in supplier commitments backed by European Export Credit Agencies.
Universities infrastructure

Prior experience includes coordinating approximately €76 million in supplier commitments from Poland, Denmark, Finland and Austria across two university projects with a combined value of approximately €240 million.
ECA-Supported Transport & Infrastructure Portfolio
The founder’s prior portfolio includes roads, airports, bridges and wastewater plants involving multiple contractors, exporters, suppliers and European financing stakeholders.
